“The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company, Epitrove, and “Website” refers to epitrove.com.
“Buyer” refers to you, the person buying a product from this Website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “EpiSeller” refers to an individual or business selling their products through Epitrove, also known as a seller or vendor.
We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
As a product Buyer, you may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are provided “as is” without additional warranty of any kind unless clearly stated. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use of our products.
Terms of Purchase
Every product sold on Epitrove is guaranteed to function when installation requirements are met. We do not guarantee it will function with all 3rd-party products or every kind of web browser. We are not responsible for any product incompatibility or data loss that may occur as a result of installing a product purchased on Epitrove.
If a product is associated with additional terms of purchase, you will be provided an option to accept the terms before making the purchase. If you do not agree to abide by the additional terms, you have the option to not make the purchase.
We advise you to read the terms and conditions before making the purchase and talk to our support representatives in case you have any doubts.
Products sold on Epitrove have two kinds of licenses associated with them— a 1-year license and a lifetime license. The duration of license— stated next to the product price at the time of purchase— will guarantee free support and upgrades from the time of purchase until the specified duration.
Licenses are a means of ensuring that the products sold on Epitrove are genuine and prevent unsolicited copy and resale. Hence, if you do not have a valid license, you may be prevented from using certain aspects of the product or the product entirely.
Epitrove encourages EpiSellers to provide prompt and empathetic support. The support policy extends to bug fixes and product pre-sale and post-sales questions. Customization, hosting/server environment, product installation, are not part of product support unless otherwise mentioned in the Terms of Purchase.
EpiSellers might have several support queries to reply to, and the time taken to get back to each may vary. We recommend you read product installation, FAQs, and user documents carefully before contacting EpiSellers for support. If an EpiSeller mentions that fixes might be available in the following product update, this update might take several days or weeks for the EpiSeller to properly code, review, before releasing the version.
Epitrove offers a no-questions-asked 15-day refund policy. We offer refunds to customers who’ve raised a request within 15 days of purchase.
Before you request a refund from Epitrove, you must do the following:
Read the documentation carefully.
Confirm that your server meets the specifications laid out in the requirements for the product and WordPress in general
Switch to a default WordPress theme, and disable all other plugins (except what may be required for our product to work) to see if the issue still appears.
Open a new support ticket with our support staff if you are still experiencing problems, and provide steps to reproduce the issue. If required, provide access to your setup so our staff can debug the problem.
When a refund request is made, we will make an attempt to investigate the issue and try and resolve it.
