To whomsoever this may concern,

This is to inform you that the Epitrove Vendor with the username _____________ has infringed my copyright without my consent.

[Describe your content/product and share its original location URL. Back your claim with evidence, such as screenshots depicting similarity in your work and the content you claim is copied, along with URLs of the alleged infringed content]

This letter is an official notification under the provisions of Section 512(c) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") to effect removal of the above-reported infringements. I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of here is not authorized by the owner, or the law. The information provided here is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the alleged infringed content.

Once we receive the request, by law, we will have to immediately takedown the content in question. If we receive a counter-notification, you will be notified of the same. In such a situation, you will have to file for court proceedings and inform us about it within 10 business days, else we may re-enable the content within 14 business days of receiving the counter-notification.

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Notice

An IPR notice can be filed when you notice that an Epitrove Vendor has infringed your content that isn’t protected by copyright but some other form of Intellectual Property Right, such as trademark.

You need to provide us proof of the claim and give us a detailed explanation about how you believe the content in the vendor’s item violates your claimed right.

You will need to file the notice in the below format and sign it with the date as a legally binding request.
