You agree to provide us the necessary information needed to process payments to you and calculate applicable taxes. You warrant that the information you provide us, including your name, address, and the country of residence, is accurate and complete.
As required by law, we may deduct or withhold taxes (including withholding tax) with regard to you being a Vendor on Epitrove. In case we do so, we will provide you with the relevant documents required by law about the deduction or withholding to help you manage your tax affairs.
For your product sold on Epitrove, you agree to pay us a fair commission of 50% on the product price when the sale is made.
All the plugins, themes and other digital downloads should be licensed under GPL.
Intellectual Property Policy
You should ensure that you have all intellectual property rights necessary for listing your products on Epitrove. In particular, your products should not infringe the intellectual property of others.
If we determine that the product or content of a product page is prohibited, potentially illegal, or inappropriate, we may remove or alter it without prior notice. If the product is found to be a copy or in violation of license terms we reserve the right remove your product, or suspend or remove your selling privileges.
We reserve the right to reject a product if we find it poor in quality or below par. For more details on our rejection criteria, please go through the Product Rejection Guidelines.
The "Opinions" section on our website is for writers to post about products on Epitrove. These writers have the option to add affiliate links to the products they promote and earn commissions from the sales they influence.
The writers have the option to choose the products they want to promote. Epitrove does not favor one product over the other.
You agree to provide prompt and empathetic support to product customers and to pre-sale inquiries. You have to agree to provide buyers support for the items they've purchased if they have a valid license key. Support should include:
- Regular updates to ensure the product works smoothly with the latest version of the platform it's built for
- Answering queries, customers or potential buyers might have about the working of the product, compatibility details or its features
- Helping customers resolve bugs or issues that may arise due to a defect in the product
If you have any specific terms of support, you need to communicate them to us before you sign up.
