I could set up different and complex shipping rules with ease based on different conditions like user roles, city etc. but, it didn’t let me add conditions based on product attributes. So that’s one drawback.

I highly recommend this plugin if you want to make changes to your shipping prices smoothly. Their support team is good however, their website lacks detailed documentation.
